The Quality Policy, established by the Top Management, describes an overall strategy and direction of the company related to quality, and is periodically reviewed for continuing adequacy, suitability, effectiveness and continuous improvement.
The company’s mission is to provide a response to the social demand in accordance with the company’s high standards and complying with international requirements. It consists of driving patients online to our clients' care pathways on a global scale. Our innovative technology is transforming the way users connect with healthcare players such as hospitals, insurers, pharma, and telemedicine platforms, improving access to care for all.
Our ultimate aim is to provide a medical device software of the highest quality, safety and efficacy, ensuring an optimum standard of service to our clients. The ultimate aim of the company is to satisfy customer’s requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Personnel qualification, optimisation of the resources as well as fluent internal and external communication (with employees, customers and suppliers) are all a strong commitment of the Management and of the entire Organisation.
