MEDELLÍN, Colombia. June 29, 2024 – Synergia Inversiones and Negocios S.A.S. are adding Mediktor’s advanced AI virtual assistant, called Frank, to its todosalud digital health platform. Users will have access to a 24/7 solution to assess their symptoms and be directed to the appropriate level of care.

In an ambitious commitment to innovation, Synergia Inversiones and Negocios S.A.S., through its telemedicine platform todosalud, has expanded its range of services to include an advanced AI virtual assistant. This solution is designed to provide users with immediate assistance at the first sign of discomfort. The aim is to empower users and direct them to the most appropriate service according to their level of urgency.

Todosalud users will now be able to evaluate their symptoms quickly and easily through a series of questions lasting approximately three minutes. Mediktor’s software provides users with a list of possible diseases and guides them to the most convenient medical care option, either through immediate virtual consultations, scheduled virtual consultations, face-to-face appointments or home appointments with duly accredited professionals, certified and authorized to offer and provide health care services through the platform.
