INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

The Information Security Policy establishes the guidelines and principles adopted by MEDIKTOR TECKEL MEDICAL S.L. in order to guarantee the protection of information and the fulfillment of the defined security objectives, thus ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information systems and the fulfillment of the related legal requirements.

We are also aware of the importance of compliance with current regulations on personal data protection and the implications for the company and its stakeholders.

The Management of MEDIKTOR TECKEL MEDICAL S.L. undertakes the following commitments regarding the Information Security Management System (ISMS):

To ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
To fulfill all the relevant legal requirements.
To ensure business continuity by developing business continuity plans in accordance with recognized methodologies.
To provide the organization with all the necessary resources for an adequate management of the Information Security System.
To train and raise awareness of information security among all employees.
To meet the security expectations and needs of all our stakeholders.
To provide resources to prevent information security incidents, properly manage incidents that do occur, and take all necessary steps to prevent their recurrence.
To inform all employees of their security roles and responsibilities and their obligation to comply.
Continuous improvement of the ISMS and the organization's information security.
To carry out and periodically review a risk analysis based on recognized methodologies that enable us to determine the level of information security and personal data protection and to minimize risks by developing specific policies, technical solutions and contractual agreements with specialized organizations.
